Location: CIES Building

Topic/skill: I had Ye-Won read a passage about a robot dog and asked her reading comprehension questions to check her understanding of the story. Next, we moved on to persuasive essays. I first explained the format of a persuasive essay and had her read examples to understand the format that they are in. We went and underlined each different section in a different color to show all the components together.

Feedback: Ye-won has improved a lot at being able to answer reading comprehension questions. In addition, we started learning what a persuasive essay was to be able to create our own in the next session.
